We provide total care for our clients and their household 24/7. We assist them with pleasant conversation, toileting, bathing, meal prep, and feeding (if needed). Light housekeeping, and medication reminders provided as well. Errands and appointments, we will handle so you and family can sit back and relax. You will have time and balance for your life.
Pet Sitting
We cater to your pets as if they were our own. We feed, walk, and play with your pets. If you need someone to come in and stay with them, we do that also. So feel free to go on vacation and not worry about your pets. They are in great care with H.O.P.E.
House Sitting
Need a vacation or someone to watch your home? There is H.O.P.E., we come to your home every day, sometimes twice a day, or stay as needed. Services include checking mail, watering plants, checking any messages (if needed), and making sure that the house is safe.
Errands / Appointments
Services include: grocery shopping, medical appointments, pharmacy drop off/pick up
Light Housekeeping
Services include the following: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and light laundry.

Our office is based in Beacon, NY however we cover the entire Hudson Valley Region. We are proud members of the Dutchess and Orange County Regional Chamber of Commerce with a triple A plus rating from the Better Business Bureau. H.O.P.E is also fully insured and certified to bring services to those who need assistance.
Samantha Robinson, H.O.P.E CEO, is a native of Westchester County. Samantha founded the company in July of 2013 based on her beliefs that home care services should be for everyone. Samantha knew that there was a desperate need for non medical home care services in the Hudson Valley area--voila H.O.P.E. was born.
Samantha brings extensive expertise to her role, having served as a Teacher's Assistant, Developmental Disabled Aide, and Mental Health Technician. Her experience spans across all age groups, from newborns to the elderly. Samantha and her team possess specialized knowledge and skills in supporting individuals with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Mental and Behavioral Health Disorders, Parkinson's, Autism, as well as providing care for the home environment while a patient is receiving Hospice care.
Her philosophy is "Once a H.O.P.E family always a H.O.P.E family".
